GASTRONOMY

Baikal Restaurant

Baikal is in the vanguard of Acapulco international restaurants. The focal point at Baikal is the exotic Asiatic style entrance surrounded by a waterfall and pond, which is preview of the restaurant ambiance combining architectural modernism with the exotic and natural. The structure projects sensuality and harmony that blends into nature through elements such as stone, wood, water and light. Its ample windows add the sparkle and reflections of the bay. The menu combines elements of classic French, Mediterranean and Asian cuisines.

Becco al Mare Restaurant

This is a modern, sober, elegant and casual. The architectonic project makes it dare and spectacular with the essence of the contemporary Italian gastronomy.

Kookaburra Restaurant

An elegant, yet informal atmosphere situated on a private terrace with an excellent panoramic view of Acapulco Bay. Original creations made with Mexican ingredients are prepared with a French technique resulting in a unique haute cuisine.

Shu Restaurant

SHU, Sophisticated Hospitality Unit, offers in Mexico the new Japanese cuisine in Japan and New York. The creations base in the Japanese touch has been transformed and improved with International savors and in special with the chili, tomatoes, cheese and braise sauces. Their dishes are offered in a cosmopolitan, extravagant and modern mixed ambience, thanks to the impressive architecture and design brought from Japan.

Zibu Restaurant

It reclaims the historical importance of Acapulco in the spice trade and in the development of Mexican haute cuisine, but takes it a step further preparing new dishes to combine fine oriental ingredients with the best of the Mexican cuisine to create an original Mex-Tai menu.
